TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1.The owner/mediator should compulsory submit: Copy of Pan Card, Address proof.
2.Company representatives will not exhibit any profile, document, licenses, cash or fund proof until the material is certified by the company tester/metallurgist as positive.
3.Testing spot should be any house / building within four wall and roof and within the radius of five kilometers from the place mentioned in the bond. Company will refuse to go to the spot if there is any doubt regarding the security of company personals.
4.Test should be allowed freehand without any condition. Company will refuse to test the material if the owner / mediator interfere in the testing process.
5.Test timing from 10.00AM to 02.00PM only.
6.Mobile phone range should be available.
7.If the bond date is final and if by any reason party ‘A’ cancel the deal then 30% + token holding charges will be deducted from total payment.
8.Bond date can be modified or cancelled before 48 hours of the finalized date and time.
9.No cancellation or modification will be made within 48 hours of bond date and time.
